PES 2009 Stadiums

i would like to see white hart lane in there, for obvious reasons but you got to admit, its a decent ground. i also think they should put more smaller grounds in, not just the big national stadiums. like craven cottage or fratton park. this would add to the masterleague feel of domestic football. they could even have included a ground editor, choose each stand style and feature, then colour of seating, just thought of that and i think it would add loads to the game.

Which out of those are completely new to the PES series ?

Is the Konami Stadium new? I don't seem to recall that one. I don't think we've had Benfica's or FC Twente's stadium on the game before either.

As for others, River Plate's might have been there but under a different name.

EDIT: Oh, and Wembley.

I think that it's one of the fake stadiums or the training ground.

To be honest you should not believe the crap that they place on Wikipedia. They say that Konami will include the Grolsch Veste... Right...

Konami have confirmed that Wembley will be in PES 2009 and i have seen a couple of screenshots where the Rasunda stadium is also shown. Rasunda is a stadium that appeared in older PS2 versions of PES.

I think that Konami will gradually add a couple of older PS2 stadiums in their newest versions. PES 6 for PS2 had about 37 stadiums in it.

It is a shame that they still have got these models of stadiums available but don't want to refurbish them at a faster rate to PS3/X360/PC quality. We are know playing in a couple of non-existing stadiums. ( Konami Stadium, Mohamed Lewis, Bristol Mary Stadium, Ville Marie Stadium )

if they cant get the license for fulham i doubt they could get there stadium but they could easily make a fake one thats similar, smae for tottenham. id presume that every licensed club they could have the stadiums for it would just be a matter of time making them all so they will prolly chop and choose the best. it would be a waste of time making Anfield and Old Trafford if those 2 arent licensed next time round and they dont include the stadium!also its a waste of time having Liverpool sponsored since it by Carlsberg and they wont show it, heaven knows why when football is on TV from 12oclock for all children to see, and they advertise gambling....

Actually the Mohamed Lewis stadium is the home of Sierra Leone's National Team.
Bristol Mary Stadium is Veltins Arena.
And Ville Marie stadium is Stade de France.

good point with the gambling, we were licensed last time out and they left the mansion casino thing on. also, i played a match as rangers against celtic last night and the kits just looked like the un-licensed teams, the lack of sponsors does make them look cheap.

i can undersatand why they leave them off but it still makes them look plain

I believe it's Camp Nou, not Nou Camp.

Misspelled/errata in PES 2008

Nou Camp should be Camp Nou
San Siro should be Giuseppe Meazza
Estàdio Dragon should be Estádio do Dragão
Estàdio da Luzii should be Estádio da Luz or Estádio da Luz II
Estàdio José de Alvalade should be Estádio José de Alvalade

Bristol Mary Stadium exists and it's Schalke 04's stadium, Veltins-Arena

Back to the topic, I'm sure more stadiums would be announced. atleast I hope so. It would be a major, although not the most, important improvement in the game.

This guy.... lol (too much time blood)

Hmm... Didn't I have enough criticisms when I created WFV threads?Lol

I just wrote that because Konamis should fix the names. I mean, they have the stadium licenses but they don't even know how to write them?

P.S.: SEABASS being Japanese is no excuse
