PES 2010 Classic Players: who would you like to see fully licensed?

I'd like to see all players licensed, not only classic but everyone.
One a side note I wouldn't mind none of the players and clubs being licenced as long as they implemented a full league structure (1st-4th division or so) for at least 4 "fictive" nations. Then we could fill the game up with real players, teams and leagues to make a pretty good game.
