Pes 2010 - forget ps3 and xbox - pc wins!!

I am fortunate enough to own a PS3, 360 and high end gaming PC so thought I would try the demo's on each format. I have to say the PC wins with flying colourfs, absolutely no comparison. I have tried both PES 2010 and Winning Eleven demo's on the PS3 and Winning Eleven is slightly better but I couldn't help feel a bit disappointed. I have only had my PC since April so thought I would try the PES 2010 demo because I read the editing options are so much better and how true - I downloaded a new edited demo patch which enabled me to play with Arsenal, Manu, Real Mardid and Inter and it played fantasitcally. Graphically so superior to the PS3
and just played so much better but not sure why - really impressed.

I am shocked - I really didn't expect this.

I'm just wondering how other people feel about PES on the PC?

ya i was real big into pes pc when i was at uni etc. had a good spec PC and PSx-USB adapetrs so i could use multiple PS2 dual shock pads on my pc... so yes, better gfx ramerate, ultimate customisability...

i remember i had one mod and it turned the game almost into a new one with completely bespoke front end with an intro to the kill bill music! that was amazing.

currently though its more practical to use my ps3, it gives me good enoug gfx and the house has a 40" samsung 1080p TV so i hook up to that for multiple player sessions, cant be bothered to move the pc downstairs every time i wanted multiplayer.

"Graphically so superior to the ps3"
You either have a bad ps3 TV woith no HDMI connection or you just love pc so much because PC have better graphics true, but not as better as you're saying. Though PC is more fun too because of patches. I agree about that.

I play my PS3 on a 43inch Pioneer Plasma using HDMI and the picture is very good as you would expect but the clarity on my PC using a Sony 32inch LCD is just awesome and when I say it is superior I really mean it. I love my PS3 and have only had
my PC since April so I'm not what you would call a fan of PC gaming so I was truly
shocked by the difference in graphics - it really is quality on PC - well, on my PC anyway. Now I'm thinking hook the PC upto my 43inch Pioneer - now that would be awesome!

Its dead easy mate - go to www.gamingaccess.com - you will see a link in their for
the PES 2010 Champions League demo. Just click on it and off you go - may take some time to download though - depends on your system.

^ For me it's ps3 all the way. As Shaun said i think it depends on your tv and HDMI etc.. Even though i know that pc has much better graphics - it comes down to a personal choice.

Thanks mate! I never knew how to do all that AFS editor nonsense. Glad this is so much more straight forward!

It's all about opinion. I think PS3 is best for playing PES.

Others think PC or XBOX360 is better for playing PES. It's just opinion, there's no right or wrong answer.

This is like the good ole PS3 vs XBOX arguement. It's just what you prefer. :)

All about opinions - true enough. I've got 09 on PC and PS3 but I always play it on PC, especially as I found a great OF for it. I've tried the demo on both formats but I just know it's going to be PC all the way... :)
