PES 2010 stuttering on my PS3

I am having a few stuttering issues playing PES 2010. It is infrequent but annoying, and here i am talking about online and offline. This happens usually after kick offs or stop of play for a few seconds then it goes away

I am not sure what is causing the problem? No other game is giving any problems? is it a problem with my TV or PS3 display/resolution setup?

I have a 40 inch full HD Samsung TV.

Is your BluRay player ok? Maybe it's too slow to read data from the disc?

i've noticed my slim ps3 makes a lot more noise when playing PES10 than other games/bluray movies ?!

If it is not ok, then how am i getting this problem with PES only?
