By playing hundreds of matches and i've never faced a cheat (i don't play competitions).
I started a new master league by deleting my i.d because i was sick of being accused of cheating because my wireless connection would drop out so often resulting in losing connection to the server resulting in a deflated ball.Since sorting my connection out i've faced about 1 cheat in over 500 matches since the patch.Compare this to when i was in div1 last time it was like 2 in every 3 matches someone was quit cheating on me.So it's quite clear that they have done something with the matchmaking process pairing cheats together or people with deflated ball's.

I hope you are right. Cant wait till my ball gets full again. I really dont want to reset my master league team.

My ball is inflated to the max, and i get quit cheats and pause cheats all the time, (possibly lag cheats too but the latency and stability on my line isnt great so i cant tell if its me, them or konami's shitty servers).

I think it depends on the competitions you enter, the master league seems to be the worst, then the division cups.

So i dont think the matchmaking in those modes has been addressed at all. So i wouldnt bother resetting my team if i were you.

agreed. i've got a full ball, and meet cheats all the time, but then i typically play competitions. i've given up on ml opens now, because i lose too much money in them. i mean, how do you qualify if you only properly finish maybe 2 games if you're lucky?!! :angry:

just taking a look at d2 comp user lists, if you make the knockout and glance at the user list, there's often 7 or 8 flat balls. so basically a 50-50 chance of meeting one of these cheaters. there and then you know you need a really really lucky draw to avoid them until later, and even if you do manage to get to the semi's or the final, you know you're going to come up against one of them who'll cheat you out of it. best part of 2 hours wasted, what's the point? :(

It won't!! because people are quitting on you and the server or whatever can't tell who quits i think.
I played 150 odd matches when i sorted my connection out and my ball was still deflated.
I promise you if you started again you won't face cheater's(can't speak for comp's though).
I deleted my konami i.d and made a new one thinking that i could just start playing with a new id.But, i had to contact konami by email and the send them a picture of my key on the back of my instruction manual.
Played 10 games today all against d1 players it's a joy knowing the game is going to be played out till the final whistle.

This man is right, my connection was wonky before so I had a deflated ball, as soon as my ball went full again I haven't faced a quit cheater since (except in comps)

Yeah its beyond a joke. I was 2-0 up today against a division 2 team and he managed to get the game abandoned (match abandoned, conditions worsened considerably or something like that), i got no points, no gate receipts, nothing, it was like the game never happened. That result wouldve gave me 2 or 3 wins in a row i think as well.

Aris19 i think his name was another cheating greek.

Xencimatuyo xbox360. The looser cheated on coach mode in quarter final. Tried pausing before end of match but ball never went out. Game goes to pens as soon as pen taker list comes up game disconnected. Still got my money but got kicked out. Filed a complaint on his gamer tag for all the good it.ll do.
