You may be right that this thread is not 100% accurate, and there are some people perhaps misreported.

However, there is no need for provocation and deliberate abuse.

You do not have to prove your point, I agree with it already.

Change the rules then, force people to prove avidence! If not they can shut up. This is hardly fair is it? Everyone know that the servers isn't 100% and you can get a walkover becuase of that.

so between ps3 network kickin me off and d1 cheaters i lost close to 55 pts in a span of 2 hrs.
this dude just got to be #1 by 1 point in D1 and i was beating him and ofcourse 80th min, it starts to lag and bam transmission gone.

i had lead 2-0

it kinda stuns me that those who cancel the connection get away with it during competitions... I guess it should be a simple matter of implementing a check so that they who keep the connection wins the match... or are things a bit more difficult than I imagine?

Well, I haven't really been winning big things yet or anything, so I guess maybe that's why I haven't had any disconnections yet

in situation when cheater limits his bandwith both players stay connected, but game become impossible
konami need to find solution to detect cheater, this might be some internal algorithms of online, not simple icmp request

I notice people cutting out, but I have never gotten a LOSS when someone else quit. I always get the 3-0 win OR sometimes it will just give no money lost or gained.

I'm not denying it hasn't happened but not personally. (PS3, played a lot..)

yeah, if someone just drops his connection you become a winner, as a rule
but agree this is very stupidly and wrong when you have advantage during match and result of it is nothing
