I would say my honestly opinion:
1)the problem is that it is impossibile follow the match.... for example my second complains in this forum is a lies, but how i prove that it is not true?
2) konami is not doing and will never do anything against the cheater. Look the most famous cheater like Gilveus, Mr_fresch, Black, LIPA, 7777777, ddddddd, and many others.... How many times have been reported to konami?

WE should try and send the video proof to konami..I finally found a good software to record the matches and I will start my own cheaters "hunt" lol feel free to join me.
lets try to change this joke that has became MLO.
many users sent videos of cheater to konami... look youtube, there are the videos of most famous cheater and those videos were sent to konami, but the cheater of videos never banned... is useless

The thing is, i assume you're in lower division, in that case its normal that you will more often be quit cheated, because the ones that you beat are probavly poor players, and the reason why they are in d1 is because they cheat. The ones that are good, and beat you, you dont have a chance to see how they would react after losing.
In d2 there are almost no cheaters, at least i dont know when was the last time someone from d2 cheated against me, had to spend a week there, and out of 30 matches, not a single cheater.
In d1, there are still more honest players then cheaters, just that the cheaters are taking the majorotiy of top spots.
You have got to be kidding me!! Div 1 and 2 is littered with them. You must be on ps3 coz my experience on PC is absolutely shocking. I mean, nearly every time I'm leading someone from Div 1 or 2 they cheat, sometimes when drawing! And of course those that beat me won't cheat.

No, im on pc. And everyone who plays with d1's regulary and beats them often can confirm this.
The thing is, people remember more the bad ones then the good ones, its natural.

Wow this is insane; they have the provisions to act but choose to sit on their butts and do nothing.
I've always assumed they were stupidly caught out by this problem, but it seems as if they are just lazy or do not care since they already have our money.
If we send them videos, all they have to do is apply their own damm rules and send a simple caution message...I am sure that would be enough to make the mode playable.
i repeat: for this years, konami will do nothing.... if you see, there are a roules also against a offensive nick, but in pes online theare are a lot of player with a inappropiate or offensive nick
