Pes 2011 Online lag problem

Ok last 2 weeks is a nightmare.Now i cant even find a game with no lagg.And in most cases lag is just a nighmare.

Facts:Got a good pc with quad no prob with grafix, my connection is
8 mbt adsl , got a thompson speedtouch 780 router,
did portforwarding (if anyone is aware of which ports to open pls tell )
got router's firewall disabled,
got avast antivirus but putting its shields down before i run the game doesnt improve the lag situation during the games.
I play the fast rated mode 1v1 which throws u an opponent fast without waiting for hours in the lobbies.

So if anyone has the slightiest idea of whats going on with the lag,or any suggestion how to improve my con with pes 11 pls tell.its pity cause its great game but with with this lagg its unbearable.

P.S. in settings ther eis also a connection tab, which says Gate Udp automated ,its clicked on, 5739. Maybe i need to change this or ..?

i have a lot of problem in online, it pretty much SUCK LIKE HELL!

tried a lot of port including the default one, disabled all firewalls in win 7 and in router, nothing seems to help, take me hours to get into a lobby,
and the lags freaks me out if i can get into a game finally.:realmad:

I spoked to some guys while w eplayed..all of them had way better connections than mine,one was german other were english,they all said they had lag probs....
Seriously now..WHY Konami isnt doing anything? ???? Have they stated anything ? Do they admit that there is serious lag problem that destroyes Online game expirience? Are they trying to fix this problem?

I remember back at PES 5 and Pes 6 I almost never had lag with most of players and back at that time i had 1 mbt and 2 mbt adsl.Now i have 8-10 mbt adsl and it laggs like hell. And all this lag problem started from pes8 till today!
