As far as I know, this debate has always been something of a confusion to many, including myself. The now infamous fact that PES 2010 lacked an extra touch which KONAMI favored WE 2010 with, is again arising a worry and despair in me. Why should KONAMI deliberately release a better end-product for a part of the world after releasing PES worldwide? It is believed that the Winning eleven series, exclusive to Japan, boasts more polished graphics, improved animations, smoother game-play, better AI and so much more.
I got a copy of PS3 PES 2010 right after the release. And immediately was disappointed in the overall game-speed being so high and ping-pong like game-play. After a couple of weeks, this article in a PES forum catches my eye which says WE2010 not only is better looking, but also has a much better AI and dynamic, realistic paced game-play.
WHY SHOULD KONAMI MAKE US BUY A GAME TWICE ???:no:

WILL THIS STILL BE A PROBLEM THIS YEAR?
PLEASE KONAMI, RELEASE A UNIVERSAL FINAL CODE OR AT LEAST BE BRAVE ENOUGH TO SINGLE OUT THE DIFFERENCES BEFOREHAND, SO WE CAN MAKE A DECISION RIGHT.:angry:
