The maximum res seems to be 2560 * 1440. Anyone any idea if it can run at 4k?

I think it matters what desktop resolution you're using.
I have mine a bit lower because the font in my football manager scout program is too small otherwise and the settings thing for pro evo wouldn't let me change it to above my desktop resolution.
Try changing your desktop resolution to max maybe?

i am sure my desktop is set to 4k res; are you playing at 4k?

Sorry dude my info is purely anecdotal - I'm playing in 1080 and it wouldn't give me that as an option until I'd made my desktop resolution higher.

Hi check in the Konami folder on the drive where the game is installed.
Failing that do a search for "settings.exe" and it dhould find it.Mine was in the Steam folder! Not sure why as its usually in the Konami folder

Hello..i just bought this game and the graphics are not like the ps4 at all..and there is no handshaking ceremony and intro to games in matches for pc..but that is all available in the ps4..do anyine have these issuea in the PC version please advise me what to do if not..

I believe the handshaking etc. is present in game modes but simply not exhibition matches.
As for the graphics on the PC version, they're not great. The PC version is not the equivalent of the PS4 and One versions. It is a hybrid of those and the PS3/360 versions.
