I've been playing Pes maybe since 2000s. In PC, PSX, PS2, PS3 and now PS4. I had the disc version (Premium) of this game, and when i see there's a discount on PSN, i quit playing my disc version and downloaded Barcelona Edition for playing without disc and for a new code for new bonuses. One of them was 10.000 gp for 10 weeks. Anyway i bought it and downloaded, it gave me some agents and 1000 myclub coins but no 10.000 gp.
I contacted Konami Support about this, at first they asked some screenshots as proof that i bought Barcelona Edition, like they can't check from my e-mail address. I sent screenshots, and they answered like this;

See? No 10.000 GP x 10 weeks. Only a demo bonus maybe i had from disc edition. But no 10.000 gp x 10 weeks. And funny thing is Konami Support asked from me a screenshot that they have a 10.000gp x 10 weeks promotion, they don't know what they are promoting.

Anyway i sent another screenshot that i took from Playstation Store page of Pes 18 Barcelona Edition. And then what, this time they said i had my first 10k gp and not demo bonus. And they said they confirmed i got it, what??

These are my logs. I bought the game in 27th of February. And these are all of my logs then. You people can see i got 10.000 gp ?? No.. But they can see. How??
Enough is enough. Why are you sitting there if you don't provide a customer support. Man instead i could play and get more gp with the time that i wrote to them. Days and days until now. Think twice when falling in love with what was promised to you, you may just not get it!
Man i'm tired.. Lost my enthusiasm for playing Pes..
Thanks KONAMI, keep it up with good work. And do anything about me and likes like me. Online Pes 18 games still are full of cheaters. They steal our efforts and you steal our prizes..
