I'm not really bothered with it although I think it's a pity. I really like the whole atmosphere and stuff but I'd rather have good commentators + realistic chants instead of visual crowds if that would slow down the game.

I really like the whole singing like You'll never walk alone and the explosions of firework occasionally but unfortunately there are those "blabla-ing chants". I'd rather have more team-specific chants rather than those crowds. Wouldn't it be neat to hear real Mancunian-chants or "Hand-in-Hand kameraden" when playing Manchester United - Feyenoord.

Sounds can make or break the game... PES is more to the breaking side. Unfortunately. I'm sure they can find people to sing some chants of their favourite footbalclub so on the PS3, it'll be better... Hopefully... :S

There's always an issue of space on the PS2 discs, so I don't think they could fit in specific chanting quite yet. Maybe one day...

I have to say the lack of crowd is seriously annoying!! I love the game but it just takes something away from the game when running down the wing at Highbury in an empty stadium. The corwd did'nt have to move just be there. real bad konami. real bad

I don't care particularly, but that doesn't make it acceptable. It's just shoddy not having a crowd. Even the original FIFA International Soccer had crowds, so I don't see why 10 years later we can't have a crowd

Uhh, I don't think you have to be a fan of FIFA to think that having no crowds is inexcusable

the crowd cut scenes are really nice but they don't happen often enough.Watch out for mateja kezmans twin brother in the crowd.

well i hav a crowd on mine, it depends on the match, sometimes it is virtually empty (altho there are still some) and wiv bigger games its full

sumtimes the commentators comment on how 'the fans hav stayed at home' but ther are always some

what camera angle r u playing it on because there is definetily no fans during gameplay unless u choose broadcasting i think ?
there still there in free kick angles etc.
but during gameplay they just dissapear ooooooh:unsure:

no it is not present in the xbox version.....Ive tried all angles, and the crowd IS there....I run the game of my harddrive maybe thats why I DONT have the bug.....If you own a modded xbox, try running the game of the harddrive, that way you will also avoid scratching your disc!!

No Crowd in staduims

Hi this is for everyone who has been complaining about the crowd being left out on ps2 version.

OK i have phoned around and what officails are telling me that konami
HAVE NOT listed the no crowd factor as a fault or glitch.

However if they do in the future all games can be returned.

If you remember correctly Tiger woods 2005 had problems which everyone was entitled to a new copy !

so for now it is not registered as a fault but keep your eyes and ears peeled for they might say something in the future.

But everywhere i seem to phone arent really sure they say they THINK
it's for slowdowns.

Even Konami Europe couldn't give me a straight answer over the phone all they told me and i qoute this " Konami have not registered any official fault on this matter but please check out the website for updates"

Only 1 problem with that Konami Europe !
There is no update section well not about faults etc .

I hope this helps as ive been phoning everywhere trying to find out info:D

how do you run a game off your hardrive as i have a modded xbox??

My copy is fine as i have stated before but I noted that on the options I choose the intro for all games instead of "Only for important matches". Could this be the answer ?

it isn't on the intro there missing it's during gameplay
