Oh, and just one more question:
Does the PS2 version support true widescreen?

Thanks your the info, mate. There isn't a widescreen option on the PS2, and what's even worse is that Chelsea aren't licensed which I can't understand; they're now called 'London FC'. Unfortunately Freelancer, I can't answer your online questions as I've not got mine networked yet.
I hate these 'reviews' where someone says everything's become so much more realistic, and refined, and whatever. PES6 is way better than PES5, but it's not like you can't do crazy runs: with Walcott or Robinho, I've managed to run past a whole side. It's pretty rare that you'll finish off the move perfectly, but I've scored goals from a crazy run. It's also a faster game than PES5, easily...I don't know if yepes is playing a NTSC game at PAL speed or what, but how you can't notice the increase in speed is a bit odd.
Free kicks have less curl and as far as I can tell, are a bit harder to score (it could just be inexperience).

Gameplay-wise, the game has improved, it's a lot more free-flowing but that doesn't mean every match is like a FIFA goal fest. If you pay attention to your defence, it's easily possible to keep a clean sheet, but it's just as easy to concede if you make sloppy mistakes. That's probably one of the biggest changes in the game, the fact that it's become a lot easier to take advantage of sloppiness.
Unfortunately, Konami seem to be going the way of FIFA and commercialising the game in their own way: the use of needless advertisements. For example, Reebok (going under their 'urban' name, RBK) have their logo plastered all over the game, including the loading screens, the new RBK balls which look like basketballs, and even a new 'Reebok cup'. In replays, it looks like they've randomly plonked a Casio banner on the top-right of the screen; no effort to integrate this into the game and make it feel like part of the experience whatsoever.
Advertisements aside, the gameplay is much better than no.5 and I won't be returning to play that any time soon. It's just annoying that Konami feel the need to spoil the game for an extra few pennies.
If anyone that hasn`t picked up PES 6, has any specific teams/players screenshots requests say it here, and i will try to upload those screenshots.

Wouldn`t you commercializing a game that had known such a massive success if you were in KONAMI shoes?????By the way KONAMI maybe is the creator of our favourite game each year now,but they also are a business, and they need money if they want to stay open.
