Thinking of getting PES, what's the online like and does it have an option that allows you to play manual players like in FIFA?

If your thinking of getting it to play MLO the I wouldn't bother, it is absolutely rubbish, there is just nothing to it, all you can do is play single matches or a couple of tournaments a day which kept me satisfied for not even 3 days plus nearly every person on it cheats with auto free kicks, the stupidest thing ever to be put in a game, if its not that it lags out and you get zero coins when winning, MLO is just full of the worst sort of people out there and that's coming from a guy who used to pride himself on being part of the PES community.

For any another mode I cant answer because I didn't really play them.

I'll second that, it's a haven for online cheats. There is a bit more to MLO than last year but it needs more doing with it. Too many glitches, full of laggy Spanish & they all choose speed merchants & okay the long ball over the top about 90 times a game. I'm also a seasoned veteran having bought every single playstation version right back to iss pro.

On the other hand, scoring against the numpties on MLO is orgasmic.

At the very least it's an emotional experience, sort of like football.
