PES UNITED & WE UNITED in Master League?

Does anyone know if PES United & WE United take part in the Master League? I'm going to create 2 new teams in their place, and I was wondering if they'll take part in the Master League then.

You can select the teams which take part in ML, it´s up to you whether they´re in or not

I will be making one of them Fenerbahce as I dnt know why they were taken out because they were Turkish champs>..just Konami being weird again i suppose

and i might make Standarg Liege or FC Basel or maybe CSKA Moscow or some decent team that arent in it

I would make Rosenborg! and maybe Fenerbache or Maccabi Haifa, three good teams. Deserving to be in the game. By the way Rosenborg and M. Haifa meet eachother in the third quali. round in Champions League.
