PES Universe option file v2 - Which edit file on PC?

The instruction for installing the official PES Universe Option File v2 for PS4 says:

Delete Application data in settings > PES 2020 Edit Data

I'm playing PES on PC. I don't know exactly which PC-file I should delete. Is it the EDIT00000000 file in My Documents?

I have experimented with deleting this file. It is true that I get a completley fresh game after deleting. But I also lose changes in player appearance that I've made.

So, is EDIT00000000 indeed the file to delete?
And if so, how do I keep the player appearance edits?

Export your files and re-import..........Probably a conflict as one will overrite the other --- Either choose PES Universe files or your files to keep your player appearances. I usally don't edit player appearance till I have a full OF in place going first.

Thanks Buckshot. I want to use the PES Universe OF, so I'll have to create the faces all over again. But it's no problem. Just a bit of work. :)
