PES09 Inter Milan Formation

Hey everyone, is anyone out there having a bit of trouble trying to figure out a good formation for Inter? I mean, they have so many great players to pick from, it's getting kind of frustrating because this team can pretty much play with any formation.

I usually play with:

Zanetti (RB) --------- Cordoba (CB) ---- Samuel (CB) --------- Chivu (LB)
----- Cambiasso (CMF high defense) ---- Vieira (CMF high defense) -----
--------- Quaresma (RMF) --------------------------- Mancini (LMF) ---------
--------------- Ibrahimovich (SS) --------- Adriano (CF) ------------------

But I'm not too sure about this formation, I like the default 4-3-3 formation also but it kind of lacks in defense, I also like to play 3-5-2 with Zanetti and Stankovich covering the flanks but then the attacks can become pretty predictable. Then there's Figo with his great passing and Crespo with his great shot accuracy but they are both pretty slow in the game so I'm not sure what to do with them. Muntari is also new with Inter but I'd rather pick Cambiasso or Vieira as they have much higher response rates.

What's a good formation for Inter?

Inter is strong both defensively and offensively in the game.I wonder how u concede goals.Try 4-4-2 u will get a balance in all positions.BTW i am a rossoneri fan.....lolz

u right inter are amazing in defense, did an italian league season with them and only conceded 5 goals i think.

plus chivu is excellent as Free kicks for some reason scored about 4 with him and 0 with figo who has better free kick stats hmm

Chivu has the middle shooting star so that may definitely help for long distance FK's. The shots will have more power and he's also great in defense, great teamwork rating and is just a great allround defender.

If you put Zanetti, Samuel, Cordoba and Chivu guarding the back and put Cambiasso and Vieira to clean up the middle you'll have one of the best defenses of the game, if not THE best.

Put Cambiasso and Vieira as CMF's but with high defense, this will allow them to run more freely around the pitch rather than as DMF's, I think DMF's are a bit too static. With the high defense they'll still execute their defensive duties perfectly.

Ok so now you'll be left with 4 attacking players as you've got 6 players in the back. You can pretty much organize them in any way you like but in order to get good scoring possibilities you'll definitely want to play with Ibrahimovich and Adriano up front. Adriano has 99 shot power and Ibrahimovich has great technique, these 2 players are THE strongest strikers in the game (body balance) so defenders will find it hard to steal the ball from them. I usually make a lot of distance shots with these 2 players. Then as attacking/side midfielders I usually play with the combos Figo and Stankovich (high teamwork), or Quaresma and Mancini (both flair players but lack in teamwork and strength). It's a matter of preference there, but I usually like to switch a lot between these 4 players as attacking/side midfielders. I then usually push Ibrahimovich as much back as possible as SS and Adriano in front of him because Adriano has a very low teamwork rating, I assign vertical arrows so he'll get to collect loose balls up front.

Or you could play a 4-3-3 with Stankovich as attacking midfielder because he's fast and great teamwork, or Figo, slow but great passing, and then Mancini (LWF), Ibrahimovich (SS on the right) and Adriano (CF) up front.

That's just my opinion though, what do you guys think?

I know what your problem is... You need a keeper silly.
