yea man i have same problem i dont know how to edit a team in pes 2007 if some1 knows plz tell us :D

Go to Edit, then Edit Team, and select the team you want to edit.

Some teams you won't be able to edit the kit (if their real kit is already in the game), or the stadium, or the name (if the real name is already in the game). But you should be able to edit the team's formation, and the squad numbers for all teams.
