PES3/PC Compatible kits?

I was told that the kits made for the PC version of PES3 work in PS2 PES3. Is this true? I have successfully inserted Englands new away kit and a few others but I'm having a bit of trouble with the new Brazil away kit. The home kit worked fine and looks really good. The collar is messed up on the away kit. The home and away templates look exactly the same. I chose round collar in WEPES Graphic Studio and it works fine on the home kit but not the away kit. Any suggestions?

i had the same problem i inserted the bin using afs explorer 3.0 then i edited the collar to have no collar using weditor 1.2

In WEPES Graphic Studio I have three options with the collars. Either Round collar, v-neck collar or lapel collars. Which should I choose and why does round collar work on the home kit and not the away kit? What did you have to to in WEditor to change the collars?

I use waterloos tool for collars.
Basically all thr faulty collars I turn to no collar.
As u can see the shirt has no collars so just select no collars or if u have to use we graphic studio just set round collar (probably).

That's what I did, set the collar to none. When do I use waterloos tool then? Do I adjust the collars before I even start importing the kits?

With waterloos tool u edit the sles file.
U export he sles 5.019 or whatever it is and open it wiht waterloos tool, then for the brazil kit select no collar and inport it back with cdmage

Yes but you cant edit edited SLPM files in Waterloos tool. So just use WEditor, go to Brazil away and select no collar. Easy as pie..

Can I edit things in both WEPES Graphic Studio and WEditor at the same time? I like using WEPES Graphic Studio for everything else, so can I just open WEditor and edit the collar and then insert with WEPES Graphic Studio? Can someone tell me the sequence in which I need to do this?

First you apply your shirt in WEStudio, then you select no collar in WEditor. You cant do it at the same time.

For WEStudio: DATA_X.AFS
For WEditor: same DATA_X.AFS (after you inserted your shirt) + OVER.AFS + SLPM then select no collar, save, import back, done, burn.

So I need to extract all those files when when using WEditor?

the data_X you already have extracted for WEstudio. So you dont need to do that.
Over.afs and SLPM are very small files you will have them in less then 30 sec.
You all extract them with CDmage, but I suppose you know that already.

But can you edit an already edited SLPM file? I am just adding new, updated kits to JB's 5.1.04 patch. I thought you said earlier that it wasn't possible? Or is it possible with WEditor?

Another (small) problem I have is that my new title screen. I seem to be seeing that bright green colour right at the bottom of the screen and then behind the 'Push Any Button' text almost at the top. Any cure for this?

i added the kits to jb's patch then added my own using afs explorer on the data_x_afs then when i finished open the bin with cdmage and extract the data_x_afs, over_afs and splm 519 to a new folder open the folder with weditor put the kts without collars to no collar and so on then save. Then import the files in the new folder back into the bin using cdmage

And it worked? I tried selecting collars in WEPES Studio (using the SLPM file) but I only re-inserted the SLPM, the DATA.E.AFS and the new SIZE.AFS, not the OVER.AFS and it didn't work at all. Is that why? Some poeple say you can edit an already edited SLPM file, some say you can't. What's the right answer? GFK?

You CANT edit an edited SLPM with Waterloos tool, but you CAN edit an edited SLPM with WEditor...
over.afs is in fact the option file, and weditor is a program which edits the over.afs so formations etc etc BUT it also has an extra feature for selecting NO COLLARS. So the over.afs isnt needed for your collar problems but is just needed for starting WEditor...
But if you find it easier to just select no collars in WEstudio then you should do that. Then is no need for WEditor.

But the SLPM I change in WEPES Graphic Studio is already edited by JB and when i tried to import the file back into the game, it wouldn't boot. So I think I need to use WEditor for the collars after all. Right?
