There has been a nember of reasons for crashing, and it can be difficult to pin point. Firstly what graphics card are you using? firstly we need to determine if you may be having video card/game compatability problems and conflicts. Also if you can give other system specs, eg, memory, cpu etc, that may help. I also need to know what driver you are using? the software that runs the graphics card. Then we'll see if we can solve your problem mate, cheers.

I know, I did already, and it still crashes...also while installing new driver I got the message that it failed the windows xp test, hope it causes no additional problems...

I have the same problem, though I have no idea what causes it. It used to crash a lot after games, so try to press the pass button instead of the start button at the end of the game. On my PC the game crashed every time I pressed the start button to get to the Highlights.

Shutting down all the programs before starting might be a solution, although I have no idea whether it would help or not.

gracias, no need translating :D
I already tried these before, with no results
The reply from Konami was "we can't help you, try to get a refund"...it is hard to understand what is wrong in my computer, I guess I'll have to go back to my old PS one...
thanx

I beg your pardon?
XP causes more conflicts and problems than it's worth.
I'd bin it, unless you want to keep updating it and fixing it's problems.
I run 98 on my gaming PC and it's fine. Everyone says "you don't want 98 it's wank"
Well I've had no bother and everything runs on it.
