The guide looks good. Good work. All players are listed by their Nationality.

Just to be safe, I've attached the above file in case for any reason, it cannot be downloaded from there, then click the attachment to get it :)

Edit: 26th March 2004 - Add updated file.

Thanks for attaching the file Zygalski.

I've just updated the file on my site as I spotted a couple of spelling mistakes of the club team names, so you may want to update the attachment in your post.

There shouldn't be any more errors as everything else apart from the real player names were extracted directly from a .xps of the default option file using a tool I made (I didn't type it all in :) ). The real player names are taken from my own option file where I used foxtrot_yankee's site (http://www.pes3.co.uk/) to find many of the correct names.

I've added the updated file too.
If you can name the file with a version number or a date, then it'll be easier to keep track of which is the latest one. Cheers :)

Feel free to add attachments as you see fit.

New HiddenStats version available:

Adds 4 hidden stats:
1. CBW LIBERO/SWEEPER positions
2. Weaker foot frequency (how often weak foot is used)
3. Intercept special(star) ability (as in PES1)
4. Sliding special(star) ability (as in PES1)

The Stats Extractor is pretty sweet. Have you developed anything where you can take the stats from the .csv file and import them into an option file?

Just downloaded the file...

I assume that the stats within are acceptable to most stat-people? Also I noticed that players seem to be in no particular order, any reason for this? Does this mean I'm going to have to constantly search for players in order to re-do all the teams?

Just wondering if I missed something... :)

Edit: Another thing... these stats are ok with WE7, right?

I've not made a tool to do that, but I am thinking about making a simple editor for changing the hidden stats, and for copying a player from one option file into another.

The file isn't intended for stats editing, it simply contains the default ability stats for the players in PES3.

The players are listed in the following order:
National squads
Classic squads
Club squads
ML default squad
PES shop players
ML Youth players
