No it does not freeze. It just restart very quickly.

same problem for me. It just restarts the CPU when I click 'go to Mode menu' after the match. It happens rarely. I turned autosave option file OFF and now it resterted the CPU just once. So try to disable autosave to decrese restart frequency.

I mean Konami creates the best games but doesnt bother cutting out the bugs. Surely they should thoroughly test the game before shipping!

whats strange about konami is that they made a game called international superstar soccer 3 on pc and ps2, the game is wonderful, the graphics are great and no slowdowns at all, and now they made pes3 full of bugs....

nedved what you have to appreciate is that the conversion from PS2 to PC is extremely difficult and there are going to be problems. PS2's coding system is very complicated enough and converting this directly for a PC is even harder... You gotta give Konami some time to listen to us users and then for them to implement some fixes......

i havnt seen near the bugs some of these people here in this forum have seen

i half think its the case of people being cheap and not keeping their computers up to date and are running hardware that is 2+ years old.

which is the case i see on lots of forums where most of the gamers are console gamers, as from my experience, console gamers arnt as adament about upgrading their pcs as the pc gamers are...

Whats your specs CtlAltDel? I also built mine.....so i'm quite familiar with the anatomy on a pc. Mine isnt too bad and runs any game out there quite well. Although I do need to upgrade the motherboard and get some better ram (ddr) but my cpu will last a while still (p4 2.2ghz) and my graphics card, (Radeon 9700)

You're right about one thing, that alot of people having problems have poor systems, or atleast one piece of hardware is letting the system down. PC hardware has to be tailored to suit the games that you are playing. See, if one bought a pre built pc, with integrated graphics, I mean, that isn't gonna run much. Alot of people out there, seem to have Geforce 4 MXs or equivalent...which is one of the poorest line of graphics card. A geforce 4 mx is no where near the geforce 4 Ti..but alot of people are misguided into thinking they are good cards. I had a Geforce 2 Ti Ultra which out performed a GF4 MX.

I've got a top-of-the-line PC, and PES3 still restarts my computer for no reason. This is the only problem I have with the game right now. If they release another patch that fixes that, it's all good. Although, it never restarted before the latest patch.

I'm in the same boat...
... I've got a good spec p.c., but at the moment the restarts are driving me wild. If this was sorted - the game would be the best game ever made on any platform! Does anyone know who to complain to? Are the developers aware of this?

occasionally the game will bluescreen my computer after a match on the way back after the end game menu

thats my only problem, but it happens rarely, lately i've been rebooting my machine before playing and that works well.

Sorry about that guys - I got myself all confused! I got 'cut-and-paste-itis'.

Anyway, if this is of any use to you, I downloaded

'TheWolf_Evolution_2_0.rar' from
'filefront.com',
and not only do I finally get the correct stadium names, but the machine hasn't crashed since (and I have played for hours). I'd give you the url - but no-one will believe me!
