I might just have a little look myself Wolf_Hook. I'll leave it uploading for a little while.

Kellex, try having a little read of Ajay's site for inserting kits and music. It's a very good site and well worth a look.

I would recommend http://homepage.ntlworld.com/g.mercer1/ for balls, boots etc. It has the largest selection I have come across.

As for ball modding, you will have to find the ball you like or create one but you will need a thing called an .mdl file that shows the same panel layout as your new ball or you will get polygon tears. I had this once when trying to import a new ball and it looks like a bit of two by four is attached to your new football.

I don't think you will have to bother adding a new England kit as I have already done it including the anti racism away one, unless there is a new one come out that I don't know about. I really wish I could take some decent screenshots of my files for you people; I am in the process of trying various screenshot modifications for Xbox.

I will be moving on tomorrow to modding Outlaw Golf 2! I have pretty much done everything I wanted to do with PES4 and am happy with what I have added or created. Its been an education but I tend to get bored very quickly and I have been changing bits in PES4 for a month now but still may come back to it later. I wake up with new kit ideas all the time now, how fucking sad is that!

As for being a hero, I am honored. I joined this forum over a month ago and had an accelerated learning curve since so many people were modding things long before me and the Xbox version has been a bit neglected. Not many people it seems are interested in Xbox updates to PES4, most of them want PC or PS2.

I can send you a picture of myself if you wish to build a shrine but you will have to buy your own candles as my business is a little slow and don’t have much in the way of money.

I am currently uploading my file collection at 30kbs so with any luck a few more people will have an update waiting for them in the morning.

See you tomorrow people!

Good reply. I have now your pach, I took it to winrar, extract to, and i got some files in a new folder like : 0_sound afs file system 342842, 0_text afs file system 321028 and the same with e_text, pluss some files like pes4n.xmv, pes4p.xmv, 4b4e0022 and a read me tekstdokument.
What do I do now? How and where is the .ppf file? Cant find it as a pach in the ppf-o-matic3(pdx-pom3) And if I want to add a ball(premierleague white and blue ball from pes4.edgegaming.com) How?
Sorry, this was probably to much at the moment. But help wanted.

Morning Kellex,

If you have PES4 on your xbox hd then just FTP into it and find your games directory / Pro Evolution Soccer 4. In there you will notice that it has the same files in that directory as you have now downloaded. Just transfer them over and confirm the overwrite dialog box that appears.

If you have PES4 as an .iso image on your computer then you will have to open the .iso with craxtion or C-Xboxtool, basicly any Xbox iso creation and extraction software then copy and paste the files into the newly created PES4 folder. Use your Xbox .iso software to re-create an .iso with the new files enclosed.

Hope this helps you out.

Here is Outlaw Golf 2 Screenshots if anyone was interested in my new project.

If we are talking about the Xbox version of the game, then I don' think you need that PPF thingy.

Replace the files that came with Wolf_Hook's files, with the original, and remake the iso, and then burn it onto the disc. That should work fine.

Ok.
1. Open C-Xbox Tool.
2. 'File', 'Load Job', 'Iso Extraction'. Extract you original PES4 Iso. Place that in a Folder.
3. Let that complete.
4. Create a new folder, put all of Wolf_Hook's files in there, and the remaining files from the extracted iso you did in step '2'. (so don't include the original 0_text, and the other files you got from Wolf_Hook) Put all these an a 'new folder'
5. Click on Iso Creation, on the left hand side. Click 'Add Folder' and select the 'new folder'
6. Then select your target out file that will be an .iso.

Let that complete, then burn it onto a DVD.

But how am i supose to make an iso of the game so I can pach it then? I have the original x-box verson of pes4, I have the new wolf_hook pach and a pretty good pc.

That's because PC doesn't read Xbox games.

You need a network between you Xbox and PC. And then transfer the files from you original disk, in the D Drive, over to your PC, via the Network.

No. You can still transfer the files across from your xbox, when the disk is in the disk tray. Therefore, you do not need to put on your harddrive.
