Excellent, I did find a German forum as well but it didn't go into that much detail about it. The list of player faces seems long. I dont tend to use the option files provided with these patches, do you think that will effect some things in this patch or is most of it in the games files themself?

in the read me file it says that the patch won't work an 100%, if you don't use the optionfile. you have to see, how it effects the patch. i use it. i think some things might be mixed up with out it (faces, teams, transfers,...) for example, they switch the slots of barcelona and real with them of numancia and an other spanish team.

After I installed the Dario-X patch on my Xbox (and put my own music into it), I get an error after the first half or after the match (Begin second half or Go To Mode Select Menu). The patch is great, but can someone help me with this?

I would of thought that it has something to do with the music you have added. It might be worth double checking the file sizes etc.

I really don't like that Baustoff patch. It seems half finished and they have changed things that really didn't need changing. I can still extract things out of it though, I liked the puma Kings.

Not impressed.

Thx Wolf_Hook for the info. I discovered the Dariox patch is slighty more then the modpack 3. The flags are a little cleaner in modpack 3, and they have more different balls (like adidas eufa championship ball, with the stars). But if you think that away, its superb. thx

No problem, I am having difficulty removing the stupid national flags off of the international kits.

I have been updating the Dario X patch with new balls and moved on to include the new England kit. I have transfered new goalkeeper, new home and the "No to racism" away kit but the international flags are apearing on the players chests. I seem to remember reading about this and there being a way to get rid of them, can anyone shed any light on this for me?

I am also getting this on my classic teams.

Hi Wolf_Hook can you give some more info on the Baustoff Patch.. are the faces any good? and the team shirts and are the transfers done so you can finaly play a normal master league? I am using Dario X patch now, but i think it has not as many faces done as the list of the Baustoff Patch..

I didn't really notice the player faces that much because I was dissapointed with the patch in general.

If you downgrade to this Baustoff patch you will wish you never bothered, the old saying is "the grass isn't always greener on the other side" The menus haven't been changed, the music is shoddy and things have been changed that just didn't need changing. The Real Madrid team has been moved to another slot so you will have to use the supplied option file. As for stats, I never bothered looking either. Since I have been using X-Group and Dario Patches for the last three months or so you get used to certain things and booting up the Baustoff patch was like when you first play the game off of the shelf

Just do what I do, upgrade your Dario patch with any new stuff you find on the internet or if you do download this Baustoff patch just rip things out of it and use them. I have just spent three hours editing a Nagoya Grampus Eight team because I found the kit on a web-site. Something to do aint it!

Ajay supplies the software you need to extract and insert files, remember that this site was designed with PC editing in mind so some things with an Xbox file system are trial and error.

Boot packs are a little different, you have to create a complete picture with nine images of boots and then insert them. Not just a case of ripping one picture.

I found this site yesterday http://homepage.ntlworld.com/g.mercer1/ It has plenty to offer. If you need kits then I have some varied ones on my hard disk, I found that kits are a little hard to find.

My patch is almost complete now. I found a Brighton and Hove albion kit, I changed those awful goal nets, added a few new balls, changed a boot pack and spent hours editing Japanese players for Nagoya Grampus Eight.

the problem probably is that u play the game in english. the whole patch is aiming at players who are having german as ingame-language. in my eyes the creators of the baustoffpatch tried their best and spend a lot of time. for example the changed menu, that's something you don't find in dario's or x-group's. i have to admit, the music really sucks.
is it possible to export the stadiums out of the baustoffpatch and import it in an other patch?

Hi Hookz. I didn't mean to put the creators of the the baustoff patch down and I appreciate you posting it.

It doesn't make a difference if it is in German or not, I dont think it would change anything across language barriers.

Anyway, I have never tried extracting stadiums or inserting them but I am sure it would be the same as adding a new kit for example. I tend to use "Graphic Studio" for a lot of my own copy and pasting. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/g.mercer1/ has a lot of made up indoor stadiums that you could try and graphic studio can be found under the downloads section of http://pes4.edgegaming.com/index.html

Let us know how you get on with it, I may try it myself.
