pes4 copying problem.

i make pes4.iso with dvd decrypter (about 1.71. gb)and burn it with nero in dvd format at2x speed and my ps2 denies it to play it !!!!!! I use smartbuy dvd-r(with other games i do not have problem)can anybody help me??
the biggest problem is that i won' t be able to patch my pes4 in the future.......an play of course.

Which method do you use to play patched+backup games?
chip/flip top/slide card?
