i reckon the cover should be, a great crowd pic from brazil or summat, a pic with lots of colour!! some thing that will highlights the fans influence on the game

Im talking about pictures of the players not graphical representation.

have you ever heard of copyrights, footballplayer agents and sponsors?

it costs a huge amount of money man to get all those players on a cover , so that makes you the fool.

I assume pes still wants to make money ,so if they put all those players on their cover, they would have to double the game price to just break even !

Its so foolish to think it is an option, its like considering to pay jennifer lopez 15 million dollars to pose nude for pes4 cover just to boost the sales. You will never break even then.

LOL,I have a rager at the prospect of them doing that,getting j-lo........nah most old players are dead or poor so wouldn't be able to demand that high a fee

Now, I'm with you, to a certain extent, Jasper.
A cover with, for instance, images of Beckham & B. Charlton, Ronaldo & Pelé and, say Henry & Cantona would be great.
Trouble is, the marketing blokes at Konami will stamp on it at first sight. Using "classic" players on the cover would probably be seen as "backward" or "not modern" or some bullshit like that, regardless of any cost.
It's all about image...
The combination of players (like I suggested above) would be good though.

I don't know about you guys, but I don't mind the cover some sites are using as a unofficial one when accepting pre-orders such as one on this link:

It is neutral, different than FIFA or Club Football, with title in front and stadium in background. I just hope they don't put any of the famous players as FIFA.
