X-Group e Calcio-online.it sono lieti di presentare la patch 1.4 Revolution, naturale seguito della 1.3 Reloaded che tanto successo ha riscosso. Come sempre il lavoro ha avuto come caratteristica principale l'impegno dei "soliti noti", unito all'arrivo di due nuovi elementi, importanti ora e sopratutto per il futuro, Vinsanity e Ciscopunk. L'impegno profuso, nonostante l'università, il lavoro di ognuno di noi (e il mare) è stato tanto; speriamo di avervi regalato un ottimo lavoro. Ulteriormente, speriamo di allargare la nostra "famiglia" ai tanti utenti che ancora (per poco) non ci conoscono, e che possiate perdonarci se c'è qualche inevitabile errore. D'altronde il calcio è 1 gioco; PES pure.

NOVITA' PRINCIPALE

La patch è in formato afp. Questo vuol dire:

1) dovete avere il gioco originale per poter procurare i file "puliti" (senza patch)

2) dovete avere afs explorer 3.6

3)se nn sapete applicare la patch afp leggete questo tutorial

VELOCITA':
Leggermente aumentata rispetto alla 1.3 reloaded, x venire incontro a tutte le esigenze. Realismo e dinamismo ora si fondono in un'unica partita. Nè ping pong della Konami, nè lentezza estrema. Prova e riprova, l'equilibrio pensiamo di averlo "avvicinato". Chiediamo, soprattutto ai nostri nuovi utenti che scaricheranno x la 1°volta la patch, di avere la pazienza che hanno avuto i loro predecessori prima di giudicare. Non si giudica da 1 partita, ma giocandoci spesso senza pregiudizi. I nostri vecchi utenti, che ne hanno avuta, poi si sono "ricreduti". Si parla cmq di pochissimi e minimi punti %..

RUOLI:
Modificati di ognuno presente nel db,dal + famoso,al + sconosciuto iraniano,tutti i ruoli; nel senso che ai polivalenti,come ad esempio Zambrotta, sono stati assegnati i più ruoli che essi sono in grado di ricoprire.Questo vale anche x chi, ad esempio,può giocare sia centrale di centrocampo che esterno.Insomma,curandoli 1 ad 1 nn ci dovrebbero essere errori. A quelli ai quali la conversione effettuata da Fm2005 aveva assegnato + ruoli rispetto alle loro reali capacità,questi sono stati tolti. Tt parte da 1 segnalazione di Boxforum su Evra. E da li è partita la revisione di ognuno

TATTICHE :
Ho aggiornato le tattiche delle squadre in quei "pochi" casi di mutamenti; ho aggiustato alcune frecce x alcuni movimenti in campo: Quando ce n'è stato bisogno (soprattutto in serie B) ho cambiato qualche titolare. Ho poi scoperto che oltre ai ruoli in generale si potevano modificare i ruoli ricoperti specificamente in campo x la propria squadra dai singoli calciatori; e ho scoperto che ad esempio se uno era esterno sx di centrocampo, se il suo pallino era troppo spostato era riportato come centrale. Di conseguenza, x ogni singola squadra, ho cambiato tutto i singoli ruoli dei calciatori in campo nella formazione titolare.

VALORI, NEW ENTRY AND EXPLOSION:
Sono stati rivisitati da me singolarmente tutti i calciatori (ripeto, tutti) presenti nel db di pes4, dai + conosciuti agli iraniani (nn lo so,mi viene sempre questo come termine di paragone!) x ciò che riguarda i valori. X chiarezza, ciò è avvenuto (in breve) così:
Ho fatto 1 tabella di 4 livelli x i 4 ruoli; ad esempio; Difensore di classe A (Nesta, Chivu,Puyol ecc) --> vel da 76 a 82 accl 74/80; difesa ecc ecc: Classe B (Bonera, Oleguer ecc) e via discorrendo x ogni ruolo ed ogni categoria fino all'ultima classe D. Insomma 1 tabella di 16 celle x ogni ruolo (totale 64) e relativi punteggi delle caratteristiche principali (att/dis; velocità,accel,tiro ecc). Una volta stampata, con i valori di riferimento, sono passato all'editing dei valori principali dei calciatori 1 ad 1 x le singole caratteristiche principali. Un lavoro massacrante, che spero dia i suoi frutti. Ciò nasce dal fatto che la conversione aveva portato alcuni errori. Esposito (Cagliari) era poco + veloce di Cossato (Chievo) se nn erro, e ciò nn è vero. Oppure Martins e Serginho 1 pò troppo lenti. Insomma, ritenendomi 1 conoscitore di calcio europeo, soprattutto spagnolo e inglese, ho editato. SIA BEN CHIARO A TUTTI. Le variazioni non sono state superiori a 1/2pt x i calciatori principali europei e mondiali; SIA CHIARO, xchè sarebbe stato antipatico e "dittatoriale" arrogarmi la facoltà di stravolgere personalmente tutto. Ciò è stato fatto soprattutto xchè la conversione non teneva conto troppo dei valori della B e soprattutto dei talenti esplosi quest'annra chi ha ha lo scatto,correrà; chi avrà "la botta" da fuori, tirerà. Come nella VERA realtà. Insomma, esaltazione delle singole caratteristiche e dei singoli difetti.

In serie B molti giocatori erano "ingiocabili" tanto che erano scarsi (addirittura,valori inferiori a 50); ora invece la serie B diventa (giustamente) + vicina alla Serie A,cioè le distanze sono meno ampie. In tal caso le variazioni % sono un pò maggiori rispetto al panorama europeo ma sempre nel limite riscontrato dalla tabella (con riferimento alle classi C e D)
Ne hanno poi beneficiato quelli esplosi quest'anno in OGNI campionato, con variazioni percentuali maggiori; ne faccio 1 breve carrellata di esempi: (anche se sono tantissimi, ma mi affido alla conoscenza di molti di voi); tipo Fabregas, Essien, Julio Baptista, Quincy (Olanda under 20), Messi, Oleguer, Nasri, VanPersie, WrightPhilipps, Carragher, Mellor, Jenas, Crouch, Schweizensteiger, Guerrero, Marcelinho, Linconl, Cacau, Mintal, Curci, Makinwa, Bojinov, Juanfran (under20spagna), Vucinic, Yeste, Fernando Baiano e via discorrendo.

NAZIONALI:
Aggiornate le nazionali alle ultime convocazioni x le qualificazioni mondiali e alla confederation cup. aggiornati i numeri di maglia quando necessario; aggiornate alcune tattiche, ruoli e via discorrendo; cioè aggiornato x le nazionali tt ciò che ho già scritto sopra.

Completamente aggiornato Boca Juniors e River Plate, comprensivi di volti,altezze,tattiche e tt ciò di cui sopra.Ora sono aggiornate al torneo di apertura in via di "chiusura" ora.
Corrette altezze,pesi e piedi preferiti di tutta la serie B e corretti alcuni errori in serie A, e tt gli errori segnalati nel ns forum

All the patching is done using AFS explorer.

You just have to have the 0_text, 0_sound and e_text files on your desktop. If you start with the 0_text file just open AFS explorer then load 0_text into it, then look for a green arrow about half way across the top of AFS explorer with APF wrote under it.

Click that and it will throw up a box asking you to locate the file. Just browse to the graphics pack and it will update the 0_text file from there.

Same goes for the the rest of them. It's easy really although I have never come across a patch made using AFS explorer.

To be honest I only tried the WE8I one and it crashed my game.

X-Group are really good patchers and they are worth having a look at. As long as you have your copy of PES4 on DVD and xbox saves manager you can transfer the files and if you don't like it change it all back.

I hardly ever post here anymore try here. Nice and organised and easy to find what you want.

I also allow animated gifs as signatures, unlike this place where you get stuff deleted.

Are you referring to an option file (Save) or patch - kind of confused thats all.

The Patch is amzing, but quite dissappointed that transfers haven't been made from after the Jan 05 window. However, the kits, badges, faces, boots, stadiums, chants, football designs, backgrounds easily make up for it.

BTW, The new Liverpool away kit is not in the file - you have to look for that one yrself.

Could someone please translate the text to readable english so that I'd know what to do. I have downloaded all the files, but should I first put the original PES4 to my modded xbox and then these files or what? I`ve tried importing this patch far too many times...!!!

When I use AFS Explorer and import the patches, I have to make new afs files that are bigger than the AFS files found in game, and it then freezes upon loading in evoX.

If I choose to not make them any bigger then half of the stuff in the patch doesn`t get imported as reported in the log as "insufficient space to import..."...and the game still hangs on the evoX loading screen

Am I missing something?
