Yes, a chipped or modded PS2 is required. The sticky thread in the General Editing section explains the methods you may use.

endo - do you or do you not have the full patch? It is 272MB that needs to be downloaded and uncompressed.

No, the thing I have has the file name of jb30[1].10.04.pes4 with the picture of 3 books in a belt, which I think is winrar archive. When I click on it so it goes into win rar this is the info on the file:-

Name - jb30.10.04pes4.torrent
Size - 22,413
Packed - 22,166
Type - File torrent
Modified - 27/04/2005 22:05

Please do not PM me. All can be solved here and if we start PMing, I'll only have to repeat it later on when someone else has the same problem.

Is it safe to assume that you downloaded the torrent properly? How long did it take to download the patch? Everyone else has been moaning about lack of seeds and you seemed to get it quick.

It took around 3-5 minuites!

I just read your guide on http://forum.pesinsight.com/showthread.php?t=5000&highlight=winrar+guide however it still did not work because it told me it is either unknown or damaged. I tried to use the Pirate thing on this thread (Page 1) and every other downloading part on this thread (Page 1) but it says the Page is Unavliable or Expired cant member which!

I have just read, but on it you have just told me to download the torren file which I already have. I need th link to the actual download now but I can not find it anywhere. I already have the file which is just 22,143 in size now I need the patch which is alot bigger, where is it?

There are plenty of alternate covers posted in Off-Topic a while ago.

endo. Use the torrent file you downloaded with a torrent program to download the patch. As was explained in the torrent info link i posted for you. And files come in KB or MB. Plain numbers does not explain anything to anyone.

Ive got BitTornado, I then used the torrent thing you sent me called jb30[1].10.04pes4 which has the size - 22,413 and type is torrent file. Now all I have to do is download the patch I think. What do I do now?

Ive done that and now it is doing something which has stuff like download to, its got information on download rate and upload rate. Its done by 14.9%. It has elapsed time/estimated 1hour(s) 26 min 12 sec 7 hour(s) 30 min 37 sec. What do I do when this finishes?
