PES4 Option File Editor (Updated Version)

Yannick has released two new versions of his Edit PES4 Option File Editor. One version is for Windows 98 and Windows ME and the other for Windows XP.

The editor is also compatbile with WE8 Liveware Evolution.

How Do I load the software: It keeps saying that "The Application has failed to start becuase Zlib-1.1.3.dll was not found.

How do I overcome this

Perhaps there's something wrong with your Windows dll files or something. Try on another pc. If that works then you may need to reinstall/repair your Windows.
