1. About 2 monts, almost every day a little (all work, capturing, finding materials on the net, editing...)

3. Call me crazy, but I've put my microphone near tv, switched to Eurosport, captured some of the football games that was on (audio), cut out nice commentaries with cooleditpro...
4. Mate, practice only. First you must know how and when to do every move you have at your disposal. When doing this tricks you don't have time to think what button you must press, to be successful this must be done by a reflex and not by thinking and calculating to much.
Be creative. And use the radar.
It will be hard at the beginning, but don't mind to much if you lose because of this, just play and practice (move by move, each day/week master one of them), victories will come with time.
You must play without thinking what button to press on your gamepad/keyboard, only then you will do this tricks non-stop and you will then really enjoy this game.
Nothing better than to humiliate the cpu opponent with some cool move or even multiple moves.
