(PES4 PS2) Can anyone make me Reading, Derby and Wolves?

Seeing as a ML composition in the PES Shop lets you choose what teams go in what groups, I want to make an entire group full of english teams. 16 Premierships teams in Division 1, the other 4 Premierships teams in Div 2 with 3 Championship teams and 1 original team which I will make myself.

I have chosen Reading, Derby and Wolves for those4 3 championship teams. Can anyone help me make these by giving me appearances, stats and how to make the kits?. I will be overwriting the 2 fictional teams, plus Sao Paulo for these 3.

Cheers ben. I made a slight change. I will make Reading, Port Vale and MK Dons along with my own team that I will make. If you can search for the kits and let me know how to make them in-game, I will take care of the players
