PES4 PS2 Editing

Hi guys
i have managed to get the footballs updated in my pes4 game.
i have extracted the game added the files and saved changed,

problem now is i made a iso file and burned it on 1x speed and now it says not a valid ps2 disk?

what have i done wrong
please help
