PES4 vs. WE8I

What are the main differences between these two games? I'm familiar with the WE8LE on the PS2, but would like to play on my PC, and would of course like to play the best of the two games!?

They are all but the same game. And since you are in Europe it will be easier just to get PES4.

But is the flick (down-up R3) the same in WE8I?? Cuz in PES4 the flick was not usable at all!! You can't flick up in the air - and the shoot!?

I know. And I play it on my PS2, but I would like to play on my PC too. So it's either PES4 or WE8I!?
