I am not organizing this league, but if I have a say in this, I would not demand everybody to play only manual. I always play with that setting at half-way and my whole defensive organization is based on that. You will have reasons to play manual as well, so we can do two things:
1. Player who plays home decides which settings are used. (cheat-sensitive, I think)
2. Just play the settings you want.

Of course you can organize your own matches/tournaments with your preferred settings.

Im sure we could get around it somehow, you can always play your opponents at differing times, most people play xbox in the evening here, going late into the night alot! Im sure it would be ok

Just be sure you have the same European version or whatever is compatable to play those Across Europe and Beyond!

As for this I think that you can have differing camera angles (but if not it should be the WIDE view)

As for the MANUAL issue the game should be played with the users using FULLY MANUAL to SEMI MANUAL to select players. As of course a competition is about a players skill! (Ill be using fully man.)

Not sure I understand you: Are you saying that we make two groups: one group for Fully manual and one group for semi manual? If so, I am in the semi-manual-group.
Of course it is about skill, but fully or semi-manual both demands skill! It's just what suit you best and what you use to play...

What is the planning about the communicator? Off during matches, but optional ON before and after the match? I am against ON during matches, because we foreigners need to think about translate what they talk AND playing the game, which is a disadvantage for non-english players...

No there will be only 1 competition i just said that you can have anywhere between fully and semi-manual. So there is a limit to the help you get. Just to stop those who play with it totallly automatic which is a joke really! The game will be mixed ability so players may be playing people with their options set to semi and fully-automaic.

As for the communicator i dont think it is a real neccesserity. Its only really optional, but it is still always better to be able to speak to people (and maybe taunt when scoring) But im sure most, if not all players will have a communicator.

As for communicators on in matches i think it should be allowed, but if foreigners feel it can distract them from their game then they have the ability to mute the player for the game or just come to an agreement with the other player to keep speaking to each other to a minimum.

I was thinking about the name and i though that it was a bit of a mouthful when i first thought of it. But now i think about it its easier to say PESINSIGHT PREMIER LEAGUE INSTEAD

So it will be the PPL still but now we wont have to toungue-twist to say it!
