I don't think you can impose settings on people. If some people play on all auto switching then let them. Otherwise you'll reduce the number of people interested. If you feel it's unfair that someone is using full auto then you could use it too. I hate the auto switching and i prefer manual but I can sense that somewhere else this exact same discussion could be happening but everyone there prefers to play on auto - so they might force manual people to use auto too. Anyways.....
As for communicating, I wouldn't speak during the match. Before, at halftime and after the match probably.

Me and Ronaldo have decided the FORMAT of how the TOURNAMENT will be played.

# The Game will Consist of 4 Group Leagues named A to D. Here everybody will play each other twice, one after the other, on the same day. Then points are taken in in the usual way.
# The top 2 players from each League will automatically Go through to the Knockout Stages.
# Third to Sixth (3-6) Will have to play an additional Qualifying home and away leg, with the winners of that going through to the final Stages.
# That then Leaves 16 players, 8 automatically qualified and 8 that played in the Qualifying Round. They then play each other in a simple knocout competition with Home and Away legs.
#The Final will be just 1 MATCH head-to-head, with the rules etc. set up by ronaldo and myself. The winner of that then is obviously the OVERALL WINNER
(I CAN SEND ANYBODY WITH MICROSOFT EXCELL A COPY OF THE TOURNAMENT LAYOUT THAT IS READY TO BE FILLED IN WHEN THE TOURNAMENT STARTS. PLEASE SEND ME A PRIVATE MESSAGE WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON IT!)

It might sound alot but already there are 30 places reserved!
We will take a list of names and xbox Live gamertags. Just in case people drop out or cant be bothered playing then there will be players to take there place.
If there arent 40 people signed up then the league numbers can be dropped.

Sounds awesome Matt. I was looking forward to a league format though but the tourney format sounds great!

ill post the standings and tables here if its ok with admins as it is a tourney for the members of PESINSIGHTi could look into making a website for it, mabye using something like freewebs, i once made 1 on moonfruit but i couldnt afford to keep it running so it was only online till the trial expired!

How long are you allowed to keep the site up for on moonfruit, without paying because if it is about 30/40 days, just do it nearer the time because the whole tourney will last for about a month, also, MattShez you do it nearer the time and if your time runs out, I will carry it on, by making the same site only with my name etc!!
