Let me know once you get it modded and everything. Essentially, what you have to do is install a new dashboard (EvoX, Xbox Media Player, etc.) Hook up your xbox to the router and the router will assign the xbox with an IP address. Connect your computer to the same router and use a program such as CuteFTP or FlashFXP (or equivalent) and login to your xbox and transfer the game (and modified files) over.

for some reason my router wont allow me to use torrents so does anyone know where to get dario's patch?
i am using the patch by x-group at the mo and it's very good apart from the champions league music playing at every single game and the red nets on some of the goals.

I think earlier in this thread I posted where to find the DarioX patch. Not sure if it's still there, and as for the X-Group patch I don't know where to find that anymore. Again though, I liked the DarioX patch better.
As for a tutorial, I suppose it depends on whether you're running the game from the HD or not. If you are, simply unpack the RAR files and FTP to your Xbox (you'll need a mod chip and a modified dashboard to do this, of course) and then overwrite the existing files from the game. You might want to backup the original files just in case something goes wrong.
As for the Xbox Live banning, I believe if you ever go online with your mod chip on, you will get banned. Simply having the game on the hard drive shouldn't do it, but I remember hearing about a supposed hard drive check they were doing (though I didn't really read too much into it, so I'm not sure.)
