PES5 Beta Impressions Thread questions.

I'm hearing from a source that in WE9 (the ps2version) konami will be deciding on the game controls with the PSP version firmly in mind and Mr 'seabass' himself has said that the magical side step move will be possible by just using the D-Pad and no shoulder buttons,due to the fact as i mentioned of the PSP version :angry:

Was this evident in the Beta version ?

I am qute interested to see the middle shooting in action. I always try to take longer, harder and better shots while I play, though many times the long shots are very difficult to pull off, especially the good looking ones, at least for me. I hope we get a vid soon showing the shooting of those players who can do it. I believe one of the impressions thread mentioned that it might not be as realistic, however, I think it will be close enough and make the gameplay much for fun to blast shots from 30 meters out.

River plate and boca juniors will be in the game , they arre popular enough, woth the japanese , they have played in intercontinental ( toyota cup ) in japan in past years.

I do the same, if I get in open space about 30-35m out, I always try to have a shot....especially if its a player like Zidane, Seedorf, Adriano- as I know theyre good at long range shooting...but usually it goes miles wide...cant wait to see the middle shoot feature either.!

you know by now but you can make your own boots go on my screenshot thread for all those peps who don't know what i'm talkin about

it was pes2 and the england kit was liscensed but did not have the badge

Anyone know what new teams are licenced? I heard Chelsea, Arsenal, Rangers, Celtic. Is this true?

Celtic aren't licensed in WE9....just PES5 (i think)
