It is a bit hard to find out what teams they are but if you have a some one who plays pes ask them. At least one of your friends should no.

if you don't know the team name just look at the players and then you should know what team it is

yea that works untill you get to foreign clubs but there will be countless lists of the real team and stadium names by the time it comes out. BTW the commentary names can be changed but the real names are very unlikely to be available.

I have brows to the espn go soccer website to take down all the real club teams name and all their squad then go back to edit in my PES 5.
Its very easy!!!!
And I also edited all the unlicense team kits cos in PES 5 kit edit option are much more kits style.
Its Cool there!!!
