Thanks for the help. I would add Gambino - generated italian SMF, after 3 seasons with me speed, acc, shot power and acc are 97/98, and the rest is all good. He does have ginger stubble though.

Mirko Vucinic (Montenegrin CF/WF, plays for Lecce IRL) has reasonable stats (90's for most, red speed, acc, balance, shooting) but seems to play even better. Last season he outscored a superbuffed Torres 2:1 and topped the assists list. Runs, volleys, heads... sweet.
