I gotta agree with you tbh, Online play is a bit messed up.
The problem with the lagging lies mainly down to the person that you're playing against.
Yes, you are possibly going to suffer a certain amount of lag depending on both of your connection speeds, but i'll agree with you and say that i have played matches where theres been no lag at all, then gone on to play them again with just as good a connection on both halves, so ....
Tbh i actually agree with most of what jMz says, but i just love winding people up. (sorry dude, lol )
It just seems strange during certain matches when every time you have posession, the game seems to lagg to death, to the point where you can hardly move your players, let alone make scoring opportunities and shooting.
But the lagging surprisingly stops when your opponent has the ball ?..
The same thing can also happen when trying to defend.
It's crap and just goes to show how desperate people will get, just to win (who cares, it's only a game)
To my knowledge, and to what i've been told, the cheaters either start downloading something on purpose to cause lagg or just stop the disc from spinning in the Ps2.
Don't get me wrong there are some good fair players out there, finding them is the problem.
This is a shame because it can be good fun, especially with all the Stats, Rankings & Leagues.
It's a pitty there so many pricks out there playing.
Oh, and why does everybody have to play with Brazil or Arsenal all the time ?
and try to score the same old, down the wing then cut-back goal ?
