All you need is Game Graphic studio and a DVD burner. Shove your PES5 into your computer, copy all of the files on the disc into a folder. Open up the 0_TEXT bit with Game Graphic Studio, look for the picture with Terry and Henry, replace it with your chosen picture, and close game graphic studio. Rebuild the ISO (see tutorials section). Burn on minimum speed, play PES5.
