Well the text files are about 143 meg (guessing) each and the sound files are quite large.

Depends on your internet speed but it took me about 45 minutes to download all the files. (thats on 2 meg broadband, but was only downloading at apx 100k)

How long did it take for you to download all the files?

I'm using broadband too but the download speed is about 6k. The speed for the 1st Superpatch was way better.

By the way, does anyone know where I can download only the updates?

Could some please re-upload these files to rapidshare or something?

Can not get the game started anymore pleaze help!!!

I have a downloaded version of pes 5....now Ive downloaded all superpatch 2.0 files and copy/overwritten all asf files. Now however, I can not start the game anymore. What pes5.exe file do I need???? Or can you only use the superpatch file when you have an original version?

Can anyone help me on this???

Read This!

You are not supposed to talk about warez!But anyway with your LEGAL pes5 game,you just download the superpatch version 2 through torrent,and from the winrar file you just extracting the whole dat folder to your location of pes 5(C:/Program Files/KONAMI/Pro Evolution Soccer 5/) and you let it overwrite your old files with the new ones.
By the way check if you have kitserver installed cause as far as i know superpatch DOES not work when you have a pes5.exe patched from the kitserver.Unpatch it and then try to run the game again!

thanx Schumi I got my pes5 to work now...also with the superpatch 2.0 working. The players have all been updated so its perfect.....

Just only the menutext and comment in the matches is all italian!!! Is this normal and if not are there other links where I can download english versions of _text and _sound.asf????

I have dowloaded all the patches and when I go to the network in pes5 .. it says

"Unable to transmit using UDP port 5730. You may need to connect directly to the internet or adjust your connection device ie. router settings etc.
Assign DMZ, port mapping, configure NAT table and other router settings to console.
Individual products may use unique terminology"

Does anyone know how to solve this problem...

is it possible to use created players in say master league? it seems only national players can be created and club created players cant be changed/deleted?? any way to do this?

Hey guys! i downloaded everything and it all seems to work except the option file!

everytime i double click it my compuetr says there is a virus! and a box comes up saying:

Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\Paul\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.031\Optionfile Superpatch 2.0\Superpatch Optionsfile.exe"

is it just my computer? or is there something i can do!

i have tried downloading the option file 3 times with the same result

Move the Optionsfile to:-


c:\document &Settings\USER\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\save\folder1

(Your not supposed to double click it as it is the actual option file).

i tried that! when i move it to the save folder 1 should it copy over another file or just go into that folder?
