PES5 team names

Hi, this is certainly a bit ahead of time, but I have pre-ordered my PES5 and so this is in my thoughts. Will someone on here be posting the real team names for the unlicensed clubs and players upon the games' release?? Don't get me wrong, it won't end my life if no-one does, I would just like to sort them for this game for some reason(might be increased multi-player action round my house lately with one particularly finicky mate moaning abut names etc, when he should be more concerned that I tonked him 7-1 with Newcastle while he was Arsenal :) ). I have never bothered fixing names in any of the the ISS games or Pro Evo games I have had previously as to be frank, I feel I could spend time actually playing the game, rather than messing about fixing Lennon of Celtic back from Lemmon.

That said, I feel like this is gonna be the Pro Evo game to end Pro Evo games and I wanna have the feel just right, so will anyone be posting these details or does anyone know where I might find them come the fateful day of October 28?? Cheers for any and all responses to this!

there will be an option file released for the ps and pc version soon after the release with everthing up to date. names, kits. but yeah people will also post real names etc.. for the fake named teams.

methical

as normal as norman bates
i normally copy my mates flags and team names and stuff like that, i have a mate who spends a long time editing evrybodys shoes, he copied my options file when his fucked up and his mates were moaning about the shoes, so basically copy it off a mate who has spent hours doing it so you know who your using to woop his arse

The bestest option is to buy a Max Drive. Then you can download any option file for any PS2 game for free and simply transfer it to your memory card. Saves you many many hours of boring editing. And some people who work together on option files really know their stuff and update the kits as well as the correct formations alongside the obvious corrections of all player and team names.

Max Drive. The best way. And ridiculously simple to use.

(and yes all correct names will be posted here too)

Thanx for that link. I think play.com is the best site when ordering games, movies etc. I want to order a Max Drive as well, but I have one question.

Can you transfer a downloaded option file easily from your pc to the PS2? Just through the USB-port and you can store it on your PS2 memory card? You don't need to burn the file on a cd or something and it works easily, even on an old Pentium 166 Mhrtz with Windows XP??

if your fortunate to own a psp you wont need to buy a max drive as you can easily link it to your pc and copy the option file to your memory stick then transfer it to your ps2 memory card. (sounds simple but i bet it aint)

Sounds interesting :). Maybe a friend of mine will buy a PSP or already owns one.

But I'm not sure about that, so I hope someone can clearify the whole MAX Drive thingy for me (see question above)??

I say:Hey Joey, nope you don't need to do any burning of anykind. I initially thought this when i was considering my purchase.. the maxdrive is effectively a giant memory card that transfers data from your ps2 m/c over to your pc/laptop and vice versa.
The way it works is the max drive comes with two software cd's one for your pc and one for your ps2. The software programs that are on the cd's are like the interface or main area where you access your files and stuff so theres no cd re-write or burning of any kind.. well worth the minimal money the max drive costs.. if you have any prbs PM me.. I'll be happy to help.. and theres always lists and info on the forum.

Thank you very much man! My brother has a credit card and will order one tomorrow. If I might encounter any problems, I'll PM you :)

And I've already downloaded the PES4 option file from PESfan. I hope one will be out for PES5 soon after the release!

I say: This is expected, Not sure how long a good option file for PES5 will take I assume it will take a few weeks while the editors get used to the new editing options of the latest game. As for downloading the current one then thats great! All you need to do is install your software that you get with your maxdrive onto your pc transfer your option file from pc to your max drive and then transfer the option file from max drive to memory card on your ps2 and your away.. but like i says PM me if you hit any trouble.
