I haven't downloaded this patch yet but I'm seriously thinking about it. Especially after the introduction of the real teams, players and stadium names included in the patch on the DVD (and not as an option file).

I have one question though;

Has anyone managed to get this patch to work with Swap Magic 2.0 (the DVD version)?

I really don't want to be wasting DVD-Rs.

I have Swap Magic 3.6 and it hasn't worked for me, but I don't see no reason why it should work on a modchipped PS2 and not when using the Swap Discs. And no one has bothered helping me with my issue anyways. Ko_nami, just try download the WEmerica v.2 patch.

I can't see why this patch can't boot up with Swap Magic. I mean, as long as it doesn't change the size of the TOC of the PES5 DVD then it really shouldn't have any problems booting up.

But then again, I haven't tried it myself yet.

So does the WEmerica v2 patch definitely work with Swap magic then?

metal, this patch does work with swap magic, as ive been using it since it was released, it is a much better patch than any of the others, where are you having a problem?

Which version of Swap Magic are you using? Which DVD media are you using and what speed are you burning your ISO's at?

zelf heb ik de guide niet gebruikt, maar als het goed is moet je die bin file in iso veranderen.. daar heb je een programma voor, moet je ff in google bin to iso typen en als je der nog niet uit komt moet je denk ik mumpleaser zelf een PM sturen zodat ie je verder kan helpen

Maybe a dumb question but does this patch have the latest tranfsers?

I'm kinda new (again) into this and i'm confused with this patch and the other patch --> PES5] WEmerica Patch V2 F.OLE [PS2]

I don't know the difference (in the v2 f.ole thread they say that there are new transfers updated but here i can't read anything about that).

maar nog een vraagje ...toen ik me netwerkadapter gehaald had zonder pes5 kon ik geen eens online gaan snapie...met de installatie cd dat je bij krijgt met de adapter gaf hij al DNAS fout .....toen ik contact had opgenomen met sony zeide ze dat het door het ombouwe komt snappie maar daar geloof ik geen bal van...ok ik spreek je

als je gecopierde spellen online wilt spelen dan komt er altijd DNAS error tenzij je die guide gebruikt en je hebt altijd de echte copie nodig want op de echte staat er een code en die moet je der dan af halen en op je backup installeren zodat je die error niet krijgt, mja.. gl

i have downloaded every ppf file + the new updates even wm 2006 and i use a slidecard and swap magic how do i get the patch working??

i patched it with the new wm ppf and when i start it the playstation logo comes up then i selected a language but after that the screen stays black it doesnt go to the next thing which is if i want to change to ntsc mode
