The patch is 99.8% done, i have just to fix a little last thing with a member of my team when i will see him online today (saturday), and upload it ;), i dont know if the direct link will be ready today, but the torrent will be okay for this afternoon/evening. see ya

not out yet? would be nice if it would be out tomorrow at around 6.00. have to work all fuckin day from seven to seven. coming home and having the patch downloaded would be perfect :)

No it's not a PPF, check out his other releases lots of info in them.

WEmerica V4 patch + required appz + tutorial = all included in the download file.

That's the way he has always done it.

btw, to download the file you will require a Bit Torrent Client.
