I dont know what happens but I burn the option file, get it on my PS2 with swap magic and it doesnt read it. Any solution? I've burnt with bot nero and alcohol

You don't burn the option file!
You have to burn the patch itself, the option file won't boot on its own.

revert- u do have to burn the option file. its not implemented into the patch but a completely separate file.. without it, the game crashes. u then transfer it onto ur memory card by following the tutorial included in wemerica's patch

Can someone help me out?

I followed all of the instructions included in the tutorial for the patch and it still doesn't work. I can boot the game with swap magic but then it just goes to a black screen. I noticed my patched iso is 2.36 gb, which seems very high. Can someone help me out?

No you dont - you can just convert it to max drive or Xport and do it that way.

Seriously, people - just buy a fucking X-Port or Max Drive. Its so much easier to transfer option files.

Hey Im Shaike_04 and Im new To PESinsight Forums but not at the Website,
I used the V2 and other Patches to PES 5 so im not new to this kinda stuff.
naff said, lately I have downloaded the V5X (it toke me 5 days!) but I can't get it to work tought! I have done Everything by the Readme file..
Exrtraced An iso from my Original Copy ,Changed the files with the folder
Added the additional Patch useing DKZ ..made the IML and turned it ISO
Burned it with Alcohol 120 (Even had a Shot of tauqila during it On speed
1X DOA mode .
i tried it 3 time and faild even re-made the iso (!)
But the Ps2 don't upload it...it recognize it as a PS2 disc and when i click it
it pops black and returns to main manu.
*my Ps2 is chiped.

What can be the problem?? please help ...you guys.

What can be the issue? as i said i followed the Readme file .
ummm i have a Original PES5 , I made an ISO of the Disc useing DVD Dycripter
(maybe it has some defenses ? something else i needed to do?)
Then i opened the ISO and Extracted it Useing WinRar . As from now i followed the Readme file.
1. Copy Files from your V5X to PES5 folder and chenge them.
2.Make a IML file of all the files in the PES5 folder.
3.Make an ISO out of the IML.
4.Burn Useing Alcohol 120% X1 speed on DOA mode.

result: not working.

can you find any wrongdoings in this process?

It could be the disks you are using. Check that they are high quality.

You could have also made the IML file with the files in the wrong order. They have to be in this order:

I just can't be

Hey ya again. Seems as my problem isn't sorting out!
My Media are Silver line and are top sharp all other ISOs work flowlessly
My IML order of files was different then the order that you have written here,
but also after Redoing all the process again with the right order the game
turns black and head to main menu...i have tried everything!
What else can be worng?? im getting desperate here..

Yes! I got it to work. I found out it does burn with NERO, just have to manually set it to 1X writing speed. WEmerica, you have the best patch in the world my friend thank you very much!

dude what was the problem? the IML order?
ill try to burn it in nero..see what happends..
What about the DOA mode? i don't think you have it in nero

Update: Nero does not help! iv burned it X1 on Nero and still not going well.
BUT i noticed that after i set up the IML order as you witten, the Program
changes it! putting the two folders first (there is two coloumes i use the right one as instructed ) .

is there a way to fix this?

Is my case done? isn't there something that i can do to make the
patch work for me? im really sad right now..

maybe this will help, i noticed that after in set up the IML order as
told above, the program changes it ..putting both dir's first than the rest.
any chance to fix it?

And what is the Part of ASPI ..'cous i don't see no Setup for it..
