I too was worried about it being arcadey faster and it wasnt arcadey at all, just different players were more noticably faster than others.

I thought the quick free kick was crap tbh, but i only tried it 2 or 3 times...

Just sounds like WE10 to me, don't sound like the gameplay's been tweaked at all.

I hated the quick free kick at first cos the defenders always get back behind the ball somehow if you chose to do it, but it's not that bad cos you can pass the ball in any direction, you just have to be a quick thinker to take any advantage.

To be honest Rob, i find WE10 a bit more arcadey cos of the quickness of passing and accuracy of the players first touch.

I'm enjoying it though, but online, PES6 will be murder with the keepers. Every game will be a goalfest.

Its harder to shoot IMO

I dont mind if its harder to shoot. What i was fed up with in PES5 was trying to hit a ball inside the far post - with a top striker, totally unmarked - and the ball sails about 10 foot wide and goes out for a throw.

Hey all

Does anybody know if they have rectified the issue whereby all opposition teams will line out in the order they are scripted, rather than in the order you wish? For example, I transfer RVN to Real Madrid, okay? Unless he falls in the first 11 names in the roster, he is a perpetual sub. Surely, if you edit each team's formation to what it should be, then the game should run according to your personalisation?

I've noticed in WE10 you can choose Autoselect for the opposition, this means the computer will choose the best side from the whole squad.

Haven't noticed if it will keep the line ups that you edit yourself in the editor. That used to bug me too.

Has the manual switch option been revamped or is it as inconsistent as in PES5?

When I select manual switch I don' want the CPU the randomly choose when to switch the controlled player!

What about super cancel r1+r2 is it still so hard to move the player without the ball(corner, goalkick) or did they make some improvements?

When goalkick, can u chose different players to do short passing or is it still one player like in PES 5?

Manual switching is pretty much the same. Goal kicks are the same except in some cases where the keeper passes it to no-one and the striker gets to it first!
Super-cancel seems the same (this post is based mostly on WE10 but PES6 felt exactly the same).

Super cancel is as easy as ever.

For goal kicks there is no longer an invisible wall to hold your striker back.

yea but you cant tackle the golie and if you get in the way of his kicking then you get penilised

When has anyone ever been penalised for blocking a goal kick in any PES? I've never seen or heard of that.

There is no invisible wall but your strikers are usually positioned on the halfway line for all goal kicks so you would have to spend ages running to try to intercept the kick.

AEK were in PES4, taken out of PES5, back in PES6. Why do Konami do this?
