There are always great and up-to-date option files available until a new game comes along. Unfortunately, for those of us living with the Yanks, we get the game last and in this case, by the time WE10 is out, so will PS3 and hopefully a next-gen version of the game.
So, for those of us without the latest version, considering the option files must share a great deal of information in common, it should theoretically be possible to deconstruct a PES6/WE10 file and transfer some of the information (i.e. transfers) to a PES5/WE9 option file and then compress it back into working order.
I've been unsucessful in my attempts so far, but I am hoping someone might have advice, a working method, or at least some idea as to whether it is possible.
