Since when was racism tolerated on pesinsight?? ronaldo hasn't even been sin binned, me thinks the mods on here are as useless as the fa and fifa when it comes to enforcin displinary procedures

I pointed out a racist syg to hitman only to be told that it was not racist and it was only a screen shot from a film and therefore quite acceptable.

Well the film was a american history X and the shot was the part where the racist (in the film) smashes the other guys skull on the curb, but, and more importantly for me, imposed was the word "OWNED" which made this more than a screen grab. The film it self is very good and although it as a racist theme, I felt that it was more about changing attitudes than the racism it dipicted. So I hope that PESINSIGHT changes its attitude to, and those that chose to be racist get dealt with accordingly.

I wouldn't say the film was racist. It was just exploring the issues of race and racial hatred. As you said, it was a very good film and very well made. I do think the 'owned' motto takes the image out of context tho, and in doing can be classed as racist.

I tend to agree with you. Sort it out mods. :erm:

C'mon now lads... The situation is getting a tad out of hand. I'm sure Ronaldo made a mistake in the initial post but this has become abit of a personal indictment section now. I think the situation should be left to lye. Things will get sorted out as and when by the people that are involved. Karma is good like that.

I hope there is a pitchside reporter in the new PES though. I feel the way that other characters were incorated in PES management was great i.e the TV and pitchside reporter's. Anything similar would be great.

Your right, at this point there is nothing that can be done as there is only the word of several long time members to verify is racist statement; however for the future we need some sort of protocol or process for reporting racist comments or imagery.

I think this would have been over days ago had he only admitted his error rather than trying his best to worm his way out of it.

Are saying that you are racist or are not? I know your not mate just a little ambiguios your statement.

Just to note, the best thing about being in south america is that foxsports broadcasts 5 or 6 live games a week, however as we are talking about racism
it is unbeliveable the level of racism allowed in the commentry, EG Ledley King is often reffered to as Ledley King-cong, every black person is reffered to as the "negro" or "moreano" then name, I mean could you imagine Ron Atkinson coming out with something like that, oh wait, no need to imagine...at least he apologised and was punished for it! I will be writing to FIFA about it as this sort of commentry breeds racism. At the grounds it is unreal, the irony is that these people are quite darked skin yet call any black man "negro" in a derogative manner as if they were whiter than snow.
