Is it possible to play a single player game (ie:not online) where you take to the field as one player and stick to being that player throughout the game so when you pass the ball you don't get to control the new player?

That would be interesting to try with the player camera view for realistic immersion (using R2 to get the computer players to pass to you).

lol i rememeber i played once in that mode in pes3 but never found it in pes4, so i would like also if some1 could tell me how to activate that mode, to play as only 1 player, no switching, during the whole game.

When your selecting the controller setup and on the right you have Manual and Semi-Auto if you tap :L1: after hitting manual you'll go to a Fixed player whom you can choose later.

To manage a teamjust press towards the side your playing for again.

You can do this fixed player thing on the Player Camera mode...Do the same as what has been told...but change the camera to player cam (If you have unlocked it;))

If this is what you originally wanted, you can try it but personally i dislike it...slow-downs occur very often, and that stresses me out:)
